About Me

For anyone who is interested here are the details about the history of this site. My name is Gina Walton and I am a sessions.edu graduate. I have certifications in Graphic Design, Web design & Multimedia. I have worked on a few websites besides my own here. I also specialize in logo design. My work had been featured in the book The Best Digital Brushes for Photoshop. Check out my DeviantArt page here. I also run a group for Photoshop designers called PhotoshopNation. We have over 900 members now in our group. Artistically speaking my passion is abstract art, photoshop and photography. I enjoy the creative aspects of the digital world. The technical side is my tool to express it. Although I love gadgets of all kinds especially my iPad! Wallpapers have been an excellent outlet for my creative energy. I love it! This has led to my wall art being used in Backgrounds an app for iphone and android phones. Keeping up with the software is a challenge. I use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. Bryce, 3DS Max, Painter and Dreamweaver. I am constantly looking for new techniques to express a creative thought. When I am not at my computer I spend a lot of time at a local bookstore pouring over digital art magazines like ComputerArts, Photoshop User, Advanced Photoshop etc. My vector art and photography can also be found on stock photography sites like fotolia.com and dreamtime.com.


This site is not a conglomeration of wallpapers from other artists. All wallpapers have been designed by me. All photography has been taken by me with my digital SLR Olympus E-30. I use my Zuiko Digital 50mm F2.0 Macro for my macros photography. The only wallpapers I can not take credit for are the ones on the artwork page. Those I have rightly credited to Monet, Van Gogh, Renoir, Magritte and many more. I have included clip art in some of my wallpapers. These are from various sources (shutterstock, google images etc). My wallpapers are all high resolution and if you have a slow internet connection this will take some patience. I will try to add new content every day so bookmark my site so you can check on the site for new content you might be interested in.
